I’m sitting at work feeling disgusting and performing volume calculations.
How can I even begin to tell you how those two things do not go together?
I read/follow all these fitness blogs and I am so jealous of the young somethings that can focus on this all day. Where are my fellow 28 year olds or older or younger but with real responsibilities. I’m not knocking students. I have been there and done that too. I didn’t ever have a weight issue until after I had a hysterectomy. This battle I am fighting is fairly recent.
How does one deal with work, sickness, and the stress of adult life while taking on your weight? I am determined that I will go work out after work. My partner and I already discussed what we will be doing. We are fortunate to have a dynamite piece of inspiration in our puppy, Bruno. He is 5 months and a ball of energy. I suggested that we make a game out of Bruno’s off leash training. He will chase us in a semi flag football situation.
We will see how this goes. I had a very small lunch since I have a sore throat.
